About the Automatic fiber tracking in batch processing

Dear Pro.Yeh,

How to report the "Methods" section of fiber bundle tracking using "Automatic fiber tracking in batch processing", I used the following parameters for fiber tracking (Fig.1), some of which are absent compared to other literature (Fig.2).

Those parameters will use the default setting.

If you would like to change them, the current solution is to use the command line with --action=trk.

Mostly. To check in detail, when you run the analysis, the setting
will be recorded in the Method report.

Is there a way to visualize the segments of the fibrous tracts involved in the tumor? Or is it just manual segmentation?

You can set the tumor region to seed. Then make a copy of the tumor
region, negate it using [Region Misc][Modify][Negate] and set it as
terminative.
Lower the minimum track length. This will only tract pathways within the tumor.
