HI DR FRANK YEN
I CAN DO STEP 1 NOW BUT I HAVE ANOTHER TROUBLE WITH INSERT THE T1W/T2W TO SLICES
THE SLICES WERE SEPARATED ON SAGITTAL AND CORONAL PLANES
PLEASE HELP

Please convert T1W/T2W TO nifti format using dcm2nii 
Alternatively, you may need to follow the documentation I posted in the last email to rename all your DICOM files.
