Hi Frank,

I just wanted to ask if it is possible to export the TDI files in T1T2 space using the command line. From the GUI, if one uses the insert T1/T2 file option to add an image, and then chooses to save track density in current slice space, then the output TDI file has the image dimensions as the image added using the insert T1/T2 option. However, I can't figure out how to make this work via command line. Is this possible? If so, how would I do this?

Best,

Joseph

I will see what I can do to make this possible.
I am listing this on the to-do list.
Once available, I will let you know.

Hi Joseph,

This function is just implemented. DSI Studio will not output TDI in T1WT2W space if the command line also specify --t1t2=t1w.nii.gz

Best,
Frank
