TDI images aren't oriented correctly

Hi Frank, 

I'm trying to filter the default DSI Studio tracts by an ROI (lesion mask), and get a TDI of those filtered tracts. After combining all atlas tracts to "all_tracts.tt.gz", my command is:

dsi_studio --action=ana --source=/Applications/dsi_studio.app/Contents/MacOS/atlas/ICBM152_adult/ICBM152_adult.T1w.nii.gz  --tract=all_tracts.tt.gz --roi=${lesion} --output=test_disconnectome --export=tdi

however, the TDI is not oriented correctly. Doesn't load correctly as an additional slice in DSI Studio and cannot be loaded in ITKsnap (no orthonormal direction?).
