Dear Frank,I'm checking the data acquired on our site. I found that if I click on "Sort b-table", the reported bad slices are less than the original order. The data was acquired with b-value interleaved: 1000, 2000, 1000, 2000...I'm wondering whether the correlation is also based on neighbouring volumes.Thank you for your time. Any help is much appreciated.Best regards,Ziqi--On Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 11:11:38 a.m. UTC-4 Frank Yeh wrote:Low correlation with the neighboring slices. On Wed, Jun 29, 2022 at 10:57 AM Ziqi Hao <finc...@gmail.com> wrote:Dear Frank,May I ask what's the criteria to mark "bad slice" in DSI-studio?Is the low SNR?
