What is -v4 option?

I am trying to visualize the graph, but  it warns that 'Please save the MAT file using -v4 option', but I don't know what is -v4 option, I wonder is't convenient for you to show me.

Another question is that I wonder whether I can get dissymmetric matrix by divide the counts of track with the regions' area in  present DSI STUDIO

You will need to have MATLAB to use this feature.

It may not work correctly.
