Hi Dr. Yeh,

Is it possible to download dsi studio in a centos 7 computer?

I see download options for Ubuntu, not centos.
So thought of clarifying it with you!

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Arian

Hi Arian,

I am planning to add Centos release in the future. Before then, I am sorry that you would need to compile from the source code. An compile example is here: https://github.com/frankyeh/DSI-Studio/blob/master/build_packages/ubuntu_2004/Dockerfile

Best,
Frank

Hey I am similarly having issues with my Fedora system (see below)

ERROR:   "error while loading shared libraries: libQt5Charts.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory   "

Should i compile or is there something I am missing ?
Thanks

I would suggest using "Singularity" to run DSI Studio: https://sylabs.io/guides/3.0/user-guide/installation.html
