Problem with .trk and VTK file format

Dear Frank,

I hope that you are well.

I have just downloaded already created files in Trackvis (.trk) and VTK (.vtk and .fib) format and tried to open them in Dsi-studio. Unfortunately, it shows the error "invalid file format". 

Could you please help me to solve this problem?

DSI Studio doesn't support VTK.

The FIB file has to be generated by DSI Studio.

It is likely they cannot be used.

Thanks for your reply.

Actually, the files are ground truth fibers. And I want to create 2 connectivity matrices. one based on the DSI and one based on the ground truth. 

So, I did reconstruction, create the .Fib, and did tractography in Dsi by the provided DWI image. 

Then I open the downloaded .trk file with my own created trk file. It works, but now they are not in the same space. I provide an image in the attachment.

could you please give help by this now?

It looks like there is only a transaction. You can save tracks in text format in DSIStduio and add/minus a value using Matlab or python to fix it.

After the correction, is it possible to load the txt file of tracts in Dsi- studio and estimate the connectivity matrix?
