Hi Dr. Frank,

I am planning to do a longitudinal analysis in a group of patients to see the longitudinal differences in QA.

I watched the differential tractography video which is for single patient.

If I create a connectometry database for patients at BL and follow up, separately and then follow the steps in video, would that work?

If not, could you please tell me how to do the longitudinal analysis for a group of patients?

Correlational tractography would be a better fit if the subjects have common locations of dysconnectivity.

Otherwise, differential tractography applied to each subjects is much better to understand the dysconnectivity of individuals.
