Obtaining MD for the WHS_SD_rat template

Dear Dr. Yeh, I'm working with the WHS_SD_rat template distributed with DSI Studio, and was wondering if there's a way to recover mean diffusivity in addition to the QA and ISO that are provided. Looking at the fib file I don't see mean diffusivity, so I'm guessing the DTI metrics weren't among the saved outputs. Is there data available where I could reconstruct and output mean diffusivity as well? If not, is there another rat dataset that is available you'd recommend for getting QA, ISO, and MD together? Sprague Dawley would be ideal but isn't essential. Thanks so much for your time and support, Austin Hansen
