Dear Frank,

I'm trying to reconstruct different tract using the built-in tractography atlas in adults. However, when running the reconstruction of Right CCS, no fibers are found (while Left CCS is correctly displayed).
I have different versions of DSI Studio and I noticed this issue in "8 december" and "26 november" versions while in "18 april" and "23 september" versions both CCS are correctly reconstructed. For this check I used the same .fib file and the same reconstruction parameters.

Thank you for reporting this problem. The most updated version should have this issue resolved. The old version has alignment error due to large FOV.

If the most updated version still does not work, please let me know.

Best regards
Frank

Dear Frank,
I just downloaded the latest version of DSI Studio (8 december, that seems the same I had) and tried to run automatic fiber tracking. However, I encountered the same issue previously reported (no fibers found in r_ccs). I used the same .fib file to perfeorm this check. I tried to reconstruct also right and left arcuate, uncinate and FAT and the  reconstruction of these run correctly.

(in these screenshots I did not perform any manual corection, I only run automatic fiber traking).
Thank you (and Merry Christmas!),

Tommaso

If possible, please upload the FIB file and I will do my best to figure out the issue.
Frank
