Restrict Fibre Tracking Between Two ROIs

Hi

How can I restrict the Fibre Tracts if I give two ROIs? I have added my ROIs using the fslmaths command.

Sorry for my late response.

Your replies went to my SPAM folder, and I missed the entire thread.

To restrict tract between two ROIs, just load two ROI in the region list at Step T3 (left upper corner), and run fiber tracking.

The results will be restricted to those connecting through both regions.
