See Image below for example. Baseline file used as example was preprocessed with QSIprep, reconstructed with Hou June27, and processed via CLI using the  command
--action=atk --source=*.fz --track_id=Fornix --report=report.txt
--output=Z:\Christian\Tracto\N2 --export=dti_fa,ad,rd,md.
Decided to make this a seperate issue since it is purely graphical and does not concern the data output, which looks fine in Tract stats. Artifacts vary depending on orientation of tract on screen. Does not reproduce if the symmetric tractography atlas needs to be loaded first on other files similarly processed.

Thank you for reporting this issue, and sorry for my delayed response.

Is it possible to share the tt.gz and the .fz file?
If I can reproduce it on my side, I will fix it right away.

Best regards,
Frank

I checked the updated tt.gz file, but loading them on my side did not reproduce the bug.
Thus I am wondering whether it is related to the .fz file or other settings.

Hello,

I uploaded the fz file in question together with the human.mz file which was located in the same directory. I had to run the tractography command above to reproduce this.

Just adding another little issue I ran into because it might be important: trying to open Tract profile under tracts menu while no tracts are loaded causes the program to just crash. Using the July 7 version.

Thanks I will test it.

I could not reproduce the bug on my side.
Could you let me know the steps you used that triggered the bug?

1. Run Tractography on the fz file with above command.
2. Load the file via T3 and generate fornix
3. Pan around the fornix. The artifacts do not show in most angles, it is moreso a thing that shows up at certain pans inconistsnetly.

below an image of me just loading the fz file as is and just tracking fornix without adjusting anything in my settings. They dissappeared as I changed rendering tube details from finest to fine. Finer is also affected.
In yesterdays test I managed to reproduce it with line aswell, but didnt manage it just now. Changing the style to directional didnt remove the artifacts. Similarly metrics do not. Hopefully that helps narrow it down.
