Hi Frank,
I intend to view some specific fiber tracts of fetal data. I used the dHCP_neonate template during Step T2. However, when I reached Step T3 and clicked on "autotrack", an error message“no tractography atlas in dHCP_neonate template” popped up. Could you please tell me how to solve this problem?Thank you very much!101939ac1cfc3dc7dcb80d20a69248d.pngdda9617b8798bfb11d293e84efd8e77.png

Sorry about the problem. Could you update and regenerate the gz file again to see if it works?

You may download the latest version and see if it works. (may need to regenerate .fib.gz file which becomes .fz in the new version)

Sorry about that. Is it possible to send me the data (using the private link above the Discussion forum)?
I will do it on my side and fix the problem for you.

I'm truly sorry. The version I downloaded two months ago still didn't work for me. Just now, I downloaded the latest version again and found that there was no problem. I really apologize for the trouble, Frank. Thank you so much for your reply.

Hi,Frank. I'm a beginner who has just started working with this,I'm sorry to bother you again.

1.In the GUI, when opening a neonate's fib file, the default template displayed is rhesus, and it can be modified to neonate at this time. Then, if I need to perform tracking on many fib files together, how can I modify the template in the CLI? Is there a way to achieve this?
dsi_studio --action=trk --source=.fib.gz --output=.tt.gz

2.Can the network measures of the tt.gz files after tracking all the fib files in a folder be exported as a txt format in the CLI? How should the following CLI be modified? Where is the --connectivity_output=measure displayed, and how is it output?

dsi_studio --action=trk --source=.fib.gz --output=.tt.gz --connectivity_output=measure

Thank you very much!

The neonate brain has the similar size of a rhesus monkey, and here you need to change it to neonate.

Dear Dr. Yeh,

I also encountered this problem that neonate scans might be identifed as rhesus in command line. Is there a parameter to set this correctly?

Specify --template=1
The correct number can check the log output.
Best,
Frank
