Hi Dr Yeh,

Is there some way to use an atlas or gather coordinates to identify subregions identified by the correlational tractography? I do not mean using the ROI function prior to running connectometry, I mean once we have our results.

Thanks so much,
Barbara

When viewing the results, loading regions from the built-in atlas will
help identify.

Hi Dr Yeh ,

Thank you so much. Is there a tutorial available where it is shown how to load the regions from the built in atlas?

Thanks again,
Barbara
