Hi Frank,

I'm having several subjects stuck at tracking fibers like the Fornix and Optic Radiation, but some other bundles could work.
When running in batch, the estimated time for tracking each bundle reaches 60~100 min (snapshot 1), but the same procedure could be achieved in fiber tracking (Step T3) in a few seconds (snapshot 2), though some parts may be incomplete or noisy.
These images are not HCP subjects, with 2 mm resolution, and with no problem in the QC check.

Could you please provide some hint? Also, it would be helpful if you could explain the meaning of the numbers in "xx of xxxx". Are they seeds, or tracts?

Thank you!

Best,
Tianyi

Hi Tianyi,

The "fornix" shown in the second figure does not look right.

It is likely that there is a quality problem with your data, and you can check it following the steps in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stL4GMeTC1I

If you still cannot find the cause, you may upload a sample data using the link provided on the DSI Studio website or forum, and I will check the data for you.

Best regards,
Frank
