DSI Studio CLI not generating connectivity outputs for ROI-based tracking

I wanted to use seed_count (or tract_count) proportional to the volume of each ROI. I generated tract files for each ROI separately, and now I need to compute connectivity metrics for the entire segmented region.

I tried using the command shown below, but it does not generate any connectivity output files. Instead, it reports that connectivity and connectivity_type are not used or not recognized.

Could someone please explain what might be causing this and how to fix it? I have attached two screenshots: one showing the command I used and the other showing the corresponding output.

Sorry for the delayed reply.

The code loaded multiple tracts all at once, and this cannot output matrix for each of it. My guess is that you want a matrix for each tract. The solution is to write a bash script with a 'for' loop to call DSI Studio command multiple times.
