Is there a release roadmap for 2.1, 3.0 and 4.0?

Hi,

First thank you for this great library.  We are getting a lot of dependabot updates on our projects about major security vulnerabilities within things like Jackson, Jersey and Jetty.  Unfortunately because we need to use official releases, we are using 2.0.28.  I see though that some of these dependencies have been updated in the versions I mentioned in the subject line.

I have two questions, first, is there a plan to officially release 2.1, 3.0 and/or 4.0 and secondly, is there a plan to release beta versions of 3.0 and 4.0?
