Inbuilt TCP handling for Syslog in latest Dropwizard

Hello everyone,
I am working on Syslog (Dropwizard) where I want to send logs through tcp connection. Initially I had written custom SyslogAppender & SyslogTCPOututStream.
I want to know if in the latest release of dropwizard, can we send the logs through tcp using the inbuilt SyslogApender of Dropwizard ?
If yes please share the steps.
If no then please share the correct form of the Syslog implementation using tcp connection for dropwizard project.
