Question 1: my requirement is that I have to use Drools drl file in my ASP.Net MVC project. So,How can I use it?

Question 2: I have to give UI to the client so he can create or edit the rules. So, How I can provide the interface to the client in ASP.NET MVC ?

1. You'd need to host the rules runtime in Kie Server and use REST from ASP.Net to interact with the service.

2. The best you could hope to accomplish is to embed an IFRAME in ASP.Net and run Kie Workbench in the IFRAME. This would still require a deployment of Kie Workbench WAR.

Drools, jBPM and the various tools (Workbench webapp and Eclipse plugin) are all Java based. Consumption requires either use of Java or available REST endpoints from alternative technology stacks.
