The only type of SPParks filet that DREAM.3D can read natively is the SPParks DUMP file format. If you have another style of SPParks file then you make have to use the "Import ASCII Data" filter and define each column yourself. You will also have to define the DataContainer and potentially the geometry also. I am attaching the start of a pipeline to get you started. You will need to make sure everything matches up between the Geometry Creation and the Import ASCII filter.

Debugging through the file it seems there was a misunderstanding about the number of columns that can appear in a SPParks Dump file. Because of this the SPParks Dump File reader will not read your file so we can resort to using the "Import ASCII Data" reader filter with a few other filters to read in the data. I am attaching the pipeline. You will need to change the input file to match the path on your system. I was able to read it into DREAM.3D and write out a file and then visualize the results in ParaView. I am using the latest released version of DREAM.3D which is 6.4.197.
I will put in a bug report for the SPParks Dump file reader and see if we can come up with a fix for a future version of DREAM.3D.
