Does Dream3D have a feature that can generate the 3D microstructure in the form of a 3D polygonal mesh that can be used for polygonal finite element analysis? Thanks in advance

You will want to DREAM.3D pipeline that generates the microstructure, creates the surface mesh, and then exports the surface mesh as individual STL Files.

The STL file written by DREAM.3D is a standard binary STL File that contains the triangles that make up the surface mesh of the microstructure.
