RS-485 LN cant send command

Hello everyone,
I want to ask when i try to configure the Dragino RS-485-LN, suddenly the config tool doesn't response any AT Command that i send,

When i try to reset the firmware, it says that Error: Activating device: KO. Please verify the boot mode configuration and check the serial port configuration.

But the Dragino forwarding uplink automatically.

Hi,

If it's still sending uplinks, it's working properly.

The problem may be with the serial port wiring or driver.

If you've already updated according to the link below and still get the error (Activating device: KO. Please verify the boot mode), this again indicates the problem lies with the serial port.

Does this serial port tool work properly on other devices?

Hi,

Could the problem be with the serial port tool or the Dupont cable?
Do you have other USB-TTL? Perhaps try replacing the Dupont cable.
