2023 Annual Doyle Circle Block Party.... Google Spreadsheet for Intent to Participate

Hi All!

Happy Wednesday!  I hope you are getting to enjoy this lovely, cool Fall weather... FINALLY :)

Since I haven't heard back from anyone regarding your intent to participate in our food and treats for the block party, I'm including a Google Spreadsheet here.

Please take a quick moment and complete this for your family, using our family as a sample :)

UPDATE: Wonder Cotton Candy is not available on our block party date, but I was able to get confirmation from another local cotton candy cart, The Sugar Society llc, who actually IS available on our date.  However, she is a bit more pricey... up to 60 people, and $400 for 2 hours.  I'll include her menu here as well, and you can decide if this is something in which you'd like to participate.

(This link might be password protected, so I'll attach a Microsoft Word document as well... just in case :)

Remember.... for The Taco Lady, if we don't get at least 30 people (meaning adults and kiddies), we will not be able to hire her.  She charges $430 for 30 people, which as I stated in my last email, equals roughly $14 per person (adult/kiddie).  

My spreadsheet is very simple, so please take the time to just complete it ASAP... even if you do not plan to participate, it would be very helpful for me if you could just please indicate "No" in the appropriate spaces :)
