Rockport Harbor Hotel

Hi All,

I just want to share with you that I approached Sarah McLean, general manager of the new Rockport Harbor Hotel. She was very engaging and I had a good talk with her. She already knew who we are, which is always helpful. I went straight to asking for a sponsorship of $500. or more. She said that they have been inundated with requests, so could not do anything at this time. However, she seemed very interested in supporting us in the future. I played up the holiday concert at the Rockport Opera House and she seemed to really connect with the idea. She’s going to send me an application that they recently put together, so that we can get into their system.

I know that it would be a lot more exciting if she had said “yes”, but I wanted to share this with you because I believe that the hotel may be an important connection and sponsor in the future.
