Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on a client project that uses the Doubango Ultimate ALPR SDK, and I ran into an issue I’d like to get some help with.

During testing, I noticed that a few images are not producing any output. The SDK runs without showing any errors, but no results are returned for those specific images. This issue is occurring both on the Raspberry Pi and the mobile version of the SDK.

I've attached a few of the problematic images to this post. I’d appreciate any insights into why this might be happening. Are there any known limitations or settings I should tweak to improve detection accuracy?

Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

That's normal, it could fail to detect a plate like any other AI product. You can try the competition (e.g. OpenALPR) and see if it works better for you.
