There is no performance issues. The SDK can process 13 identity cards per second on mid-range gpu which is fast as hell. This is specially true after v0.0.10 which had 150% speed boost on gpu.

Check benchmark app sample, it has parallel processing code. The documentation also clearly explains how parallel processing works. There are no more details to provide, you already have sample code and documentation. I cannot do more.

The elements processed in parallel are in different images. This mode will be activated if you provide a callback function when initializing the SDK. You’ll have a significant speedup only if you have a GPU or NPU. The work will be divided between the GPU/NPU and the CPU.

No size limitation but you have to be reasonable. No need to provide large images, we'll resize them to 1280x720 anyways, before processing.

 - I have tried with the attached image at https://www.doubango.org/webapps/kyc-documents-verif and it works fine

 - I have also tried on a local Windows machine using the sample code at https://github.com/DoubangoTelecom/KYC-Documents-Verif-SDK/tree/main/samples/cpp/verify, also works fine

Your company has an active support account. You can contact the support team directly. You must provide the image to reproduce the issue and full logs from verify sample app. Must not provide logs from you own app.

I’m interested in knowing whether the UltimateALPR SDK has been trained to recognize Jordanian license plates. If not, could you please provide information on what steps and resources would be required to add support for Jordan? Additionally, is the License Plate Country Identification (LPCI) feature available for Jordanian plates?

Hello,

As explained at https://www.doubango.org/SDKs/anpr/docs/Features.html#supported-countries, the support is per charset.

Supported charsets are Latin, Korean and Chinese. No support for Arabic.

LPCI supported countries: https://www.doubango.org/SDKs/anpr/docs/Features.html#features-licenseplatecountryidentification-identifiablecountries

You cannot add a country by yourself.
