Disable countries

Hello, 

I am using the country identification (LPCI) and I am getting some inaccurate results for some states. I have two questions:

1. Can I disable countries that I know I would never need? It seems to me that this might help increase the accuracy of results. If I deploy the software in the US, I might need Canada and Mexico but I will NEVER need to worry about any other country. 

2. Can I send you images that it has a hard time with and have you re-train? Sometimes there are states in the US that have custom or vanity plates that you simply haven't trained for yet.

There are too many classes (127) and it make it difficult to be accurate. We're planing to add models per region, like what OpenALPR is doing: North America (USA, Canada, Mexico), European Union (France, Germany...), Ex-USSR(Russia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan...)...

can we suggest detector the country for improve ocr?
for example in KZ if recognizer returned 3861AK09 it is not right, because mask for num is NNNCCCNN, N - number, C- char, so right is 386IAK09

We support thousands of countries/states. For USA alone there are 50 states and each one have multiple formats. So, we cannot do it. This is left to the developer (you). Use regular expressions to re-write the number if it doesn't match (I <-> 1, S <-> 5, O <-> 0...)

This said, we made significant improvements in the last releases and we'll continue doing it.
