Refund Inquiry for Partially Used Licenses

Hello ,

I read your refund policy stating that you provide a full refund (including Stripe fees) for unused licenses, regardless of purchase date.

In my case, I purchased 15 licenses but have only used 2 so far. This means I have 13 unused licenses, each costing €39. Could you please confirm if the policy applies to my case should I decide to request a refund later?
