Request for Pro‑Forma Invoice ALPR License Purchase

I would like to purchase an ALPR licence and our accounting rules require a formal quotation / pro‑forma invoice before we can make payment. Could you please explain the usual process for issuing this quotation and how soon after payment the licence key is delivered? Thank you in advance for clarifying.

For #1 license it's better to purchase a license online via Stripe,  then ask for an invoice. You can still ask for a quotation for #1 license but it will take time to get one as we're extremely busy.
