Support for NVIDIA Jetpack 5.1.0 added to UltimateALPR v3.11.0

Hello,

For information we have added support for the latest Jetpack version (5.1.0) in UltimateALPR v3.11.0.

Notes:

    - The structure of the jetson sub-floders has changed which means you have to re-generate the models and symlinks as explained at https://github.com/DoubangoTelecom/ultimateALPR-SDK/blob/master/Jetson.md#getting-started_before-trying-to-use-the-sdk-on-jetson_building-optimized-models

    - Jetpack 5.x isn't compatible with older Jetson models (Nano, TX1, TX2...) meaning this deprecate these devices de facto. We still support them and will continue to support them.

    - Devices compatible with Jetpack 5.x are: Jetson AGX Orin 32 GB production module, Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit, Jetson Orin NX 16GB production module, Jetson AGX Xavier series, Jetson Xavier NX series modules, Jetson AGX Xavier Developer Kit and Jetson Xavier NX Developer Kit.

Hi, yes. 5.1.0 is the latest version and support all new jetson models.

To clarify: we built our SDK for JetPack 5.1.0

JetPack 5.1.0: https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/jetpack-sdk-51

JetPack 5.1.1: https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/jetpack-sdk-511

You can notice they use same TensorRT(8.5.2), cuDNN(8.6.0) and CUDA(11.4.19) versions. You can safely use the SDK with JetPack 5.1.1 for Orin Nano but make sure to report your version if you have any issue in the future.
