Folder URL field updates after Title is changed

When editing a folder's Title field, the URL field updates automatically. Has anyone noticed this behavior when editing a Folder title? Does anyone have any suggests to stop this from happening? We're running v3.7.1. I don't think folders are a content type which can be edited? I'd just add some JS to block this from happening if so.

It's not helpful and very problematic as it changes the URL for all child pages. You may have a content author in there changing a folder title and then all your child pages are going to have a different URL until someone notices the issue, most likely after they've propagated in search engines and your analytics service.

You can set the permissions so only CMS Admins can edit the folders.
