install dotcms v4.2.2 with postgresql v9.5, it always failed, but with mysql or H2 databases, it always successed

i installed dotcms v4.2.2 with postgresql v9.5, step by step:

i have already install the JDK, postgresql

1: download the dotcms and upzip that package,

2: create and config the database,

3: config the dotcms and startup.

then, the tomcat could startup successfully, but the log show that :

org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.loadOnStartup Servlet [Init] in web application [] threw load() exception

 com.dotmarketing.exception.DotRuntimeException: No Company!

org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.loadOnStartup Servlet [BinaryExporterServlet] in web application [] threw load() exception

 com.dotmarketing.exception.DotRuntimeException: com.dotmarketing.exception.DotRuntimeException: Could not execute query

i didn't run the inital sql file, but i always meet this question, is there someone could help me?

Probably you are getting an error before this. Most likely DB connect or permissions issues on PG side
