Error when Deleting a Folder - No version info. Call setWorking first

Any ideas on why a folder will not delete even with Admin access?

The folder has nothing in it but still will not delete.

The error message dotCMS gives is:

An unexpected system error occurred. No version info. Call setWorking first 6099451d-0c56-4f00-a95f-d94e01a91e4b Thanks

try to edit it and save first. also check show archived to see if stuff is in it

I tried editing and saving first. Same thing.

Even totally empty (all archived files gone) it's still giving the same thing.
