Hello
I am writing to invite Repair Cafe to participate in the University of Liverpool’s Sustainability Week 2026, taking place from 23–27 February 2026, delivered in collaboration with the Liverpool Guild of Students.
As part of the programme, we will be co-hosting the Sustainability Fair on Thursday 26 February 2026, from 11:00–15:00, at the Guild of Students (Stanley Theatre and Guild Street). The Fair will showcase sustainability research, student initiatives and practical action from across the University, alongside contributions from external organisations, all supporting the delivery of shared sustainability goals.
The Fair will bring together a wide range of contributors from across the University and beyond. Confirmed participants include student and campaigning organisations such as SOS-UK, People & Planet, and Greenpeace, alongside University research centres, professional services teams and community partners.
This is a fantastic opportunity to promote your organisation and activities directly to University of Liverpool staff and students, raise awareness of your work, and engage in meaningful conversations with a diverse and motivated audience interested in sustainability, climate action and social change. A full programme of activity at the Guild on the day means we’re expecting lots of staff and student footfall.
We would be delighted if you were able to host a stall at the Fair. We will provide tables, chairs, backboards and access to power sockets as standard, and we welcome any additional requirements or creative ideas, including interactive activities, displays or demonstrations that help bring your work to life.
If you are interested in participating, please confirm your attendance by 4th February 2026. We have already had strong interest in the Fair and recommend confirming as soon as possible. Once confirmed, we will share further details, including event guidance, marketing materials and support to help you prepare.
We very much hope you can join us and help make Sustainability Week 2026 another engaging and impactful event.
Best wishes,
Kate
