List of article metadata fields returned in API

Is there a data dictionary or list of all the article metadata fields returned in an API call like this one?

API_URL = (

"https://doaj.org/api/search/articles/bibjson.keywords:{keywords} "

Also, what is considered the Primary Key (unique identifier) to an article in DOAJ, per the sample JSON response below?

Is it [identifier][doi] or [id]?
