Hello

I am using your (excellent) software in order to check for enrichment of de-novo mutations in 18 gene sets. I got a p value for each gene set and I don't know if I should correct them for multiple test or is it not necessary since the p value were calculated by permutation test?

Thank you very much , Shahar

Hi Shahar,

You indeed still need to correct the tests for multiple testing of the various gene sets.

To be strict, we've used a Bonferroni correction. We have not yet implemented a permutation-based correction that is less conservative (based on the distribution of minimum p-values), but it's a possible thing for the future...

Best,
Menachem
