Having a problem loading images and other content for some reason..

Hello I'm very new to Django and very confused
I have basic familiarity with HTML.
Hosted a website on my localhost, the CSS loads like I wanted however the images refuse to load and the menu doesn't respond to anything like it should..
Very lost and appreciate any help..

Look like you aren't using the static tag for image and javascript url.
