manage.py can't run any commands

Hi, 

The manage.py script for all my projects has suddenly stopped working. It can't run any commands, such as runserver or startapp.

Python is installed correctly; I have tested this with other scripts. I deleted Django and reinstalled, the problem still persists. 

Basically, whenever I run manage.py, there is no output.

have you checked the virtual environment which you have installed the version of Django you are currently using?
