pytz.all_timezones returns empty list

Tried installing package via pip then from source still the problem exists.
Application throws UnknownTimeZoneError wherever my timezone operations on code exist.

Mac OS. Django 1.4.5 Python 2.7
pytz on latest upgraded version !
