Report like "matrix with Django ORM

Hi dudes,

I have to render a template with  a "matrix" data, I was trying to perform it with querys in orm but i can´t figure out how because the relationships of the models.

The idea is to show the members and what's months are paid in a specific year.

Template's out  to feed:
template.jpg
Models:
models.jpg

Any ideas about how to do this with queries?
