Please can i install an App developed in django 1.7 into django 2.1 environment

Hi.
That really greatly depends and only way to find it out is to install it and does it work.
Most notable change is that Django 2.0+ requires Python 3.

Then I really hope you have a thorough test suite. otherwise, the possibility of having a rough time with the 2 - 3 migration is pretty high.
