Dynamic Set

Hi Folks,

In my database under Quiz-A: a user can update 5 MCQ questions and another user can update 6 questions, so basically it is dynamic. So how can I show this question in a template and then How can I validate the right answer using Django,can anyone tell me,please? 

Actually I spent multiple hours on this problem.but still I don't have any clue what is the way to solve it.
