Get Value of Drop Down

Hi,

I have encountered a problem. How can I get the value of dropdown, Boolean Field and send it to the database. Note: I am not using forms.py files and using a function-based view. I have created own form in HTML.

I am not able to match the value of database and value in html dropdown.
