Error when installing channels

Hai guys, I am getting error when installing channels using pip.

These is the error ' need Microsoft visual c++ 14.0'

Can anyone suggest how to download and get it done. I tried to do it. I am unable to understand how to do and what to do.

 

Pls respond to my issue.

This is a general problem with installing compiled Python packages on Windows. You'll need to install the compiler as outlined here: https://wiki.python.org/moin/WindowsCompilers (or search for "python visual c++ 14")
