[Channels] Worker Live Reload

Hello there!

I'm using Channels with the management command runworker with Docker, but every time I change my code I need to restart it :( 

The Docker configuration is the same for the runserver and runworker, still runserver works just fine.

Is this maybe a misconfiguration? Or there's no live reload on runworker?

There is no live reload on runworker at the moment - this problem will be mostly fixed with Channels 2.0, though, when we eliminate the need for runworker.

Until then, it's not an easy thing to add, but if you're feeling ambitious, it's the sort of thing I would happily take a patch for.
