django-ckeditor noop?

At http://stackoverflow.com/questions/27321396/how-can-i-get-my-django-ckeditor-installation-to-recognize I asked what I could do to get a RichTextField() to be displayed with a CKeditor widget.

Any advice for what I should change?

That should work.

Did you restart the server?

Are you using CKEDITOR_RESTRICT_BY_USER?

Is "ckeditor" in the source of the page at all?

Are there errors on the javascript console?

What does your admin.py look like?
