Is there any clear integration document for OpenTelemetry for Azure?

Hi,

I'm trying to integrate Azure Insight monitoring via OpenTelemetry django library. 
I try to Implement by using OpenTelemerty, Azure and somebodys short guide, but none of them leads me to success.

I need to log exceptions automatically to Azure Insight with some custom properties.

How can I achieve this?
