problem while deploying to heroku

I am trying to deploy my django with postgresql app on heroku but i am getting template rendering error . Attached the screenshot for the same .

django.db.utils.ProgrammingError: relation "rango_category" does not exist

LINE 1: ...o_category"."likes", "rango_category"."slug" FROM "rango_cat...

Please help .

Application works fine on local machine.
