Exception occurred processing WSGI script

This is what I am trying to do.

I am using amazon ec2 windows free tier and i am trying to setup django on XAMPP.

I am using apache 2.4 Windows 32 bit version

python 2.7.9 window 32 bit version

mod_wsgi 3.5 windows 32 bit version

and Django 1.7

my project as nothing but just mysite project with myapp as application

My mod_wsgi file looks like this
